At Shrishyamsankirtanmandal.in, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and devotional experience for all Bhakti Jagran and Sankirtan bookings. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are applicable for our services.
1. Advance Booking Payment

All event bookings require an advance payment to confirm the date and team allocation.

The advance secures artists, travel, and event preparation; hence, it is partially refundable under certain conditions.

2. Cancellation by the Client

If the client cancels the booking at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled event:
✅ 50% of the advance amount will be refunded. -
If cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the event:
❌ No refund will be provided, as arrangements and scheduling have already been made.
3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule once, without any extra charge, if informed at least 3 days in advance.

Rescheduling is subject to availability of the Mandal team on the new date.
4. Cancellation by Us

In rare cases, if the event is cancelled by Shrishyamsankirtanmandal.in due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, illness, or technical failure):
✅ 100% of the advance payment will be refunded within 5-7 working days. -
5. No Show Policy

If the client fails to coordinate or provide event details on time, resulting in a no-show:
❌ The advance will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
6. Mode of Refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the same mode of payment used during booking (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
