Refund Policy 

At Shrishyamsankirtanmandal.in, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and devotional experience for all Bhakti Jagran and Sankirtan bookings. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are applicable for our services.

1. Advance Booking Payment
  • All event bookings require an advance payment to confirm the date and team allocation.

  • The advance secures artists, travel, and event preparation; hence, it is partially refundable under certain conditions.

2. Cancellation  by the Client
  • If the client cancels the booking at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled event:
    ✅ 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.

  • If cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the event:
    ❌ No refund will be provided, as arrangements and scheduling have already been made.

3. Rescheduling Policy
  • Clients may reschedule once, without any extra charge, if informed at least 3 days in advance.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability of the Mandal team on the new date.

4. Cancellation by Us
  • In rare cases, if the event is cancelled by Shrishyamsankirtanmandal.in due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, illness, or technical failure):
    ✅ 100% of the advance payment will be refunded within 5-7 working days.

5. No Show Policy
  • If the client fails to coordinate or provide event details on time, resulting in a no-show:
    ❌ The advance will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

6. Mode of Refund
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the same mode of payment used during booking (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
