1. Booking and Services

  • All bookings for bhakti events must be made through the official contact form, phone call, or WhatsApp number.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any event request based on availability and other factors.

  • Booking is confirmed only after advance payment (if applicable) and confirmation by our team.

2. Event Timings and Setup
​

  • The client must ensure timely access to the event venue for sound setup, decoration, and artist preparation.

  • Delays from the client’s side may result in shortened performance or cancellation without refund.

  • ​

3. Payments and Cancellation Policy
​

  • Advance payment is non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.

  • Final amount must be settled either before or immediately after the event as per prior agreement.

  • In case of cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the advance will be provided.

4. Code of Conduct
​

  • The client is expected to maintain a devotional, respectful environment during the event.

  • Misbehavior, intoxication, or any form of violence will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service.

5. Intellectual Property
​

  • All content on this website, including images, text, videos, and logos, are the property of Shri Shyam Sankirtan Mandal unless otherwise credited.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or accidents that occur at the client’s venue during the event.

  • Any disruption caused by third parties (power failure, weather, crowd issues) is beyond our control.

7. Changes to Services or Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of 306, Sector 2C, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201012.
